Summer Work Experience Opportunities for Young Residents

‍Are you aged 16–25 and looking to build confidence, gain practical experience, and take your first steps towards a rewarding career? This summer, we’re offering a limited number of work experience placements within our Housing Team — and we’d love to hear from you.

‍Successful applicants will spend a week working alongside our dedicated staff, gaining hands‑on insight into how housing services operate. From supporting frontline teams to learning how we engage with residents and manage local services, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills in a real working environment.

At the end of the placement, every participant will receive:

• A reference to support future job or education applications

• A boost to their CV, demonstrating real workplace experience

• A valuable step up the career ladder, with insights into roles across the housing sector
