Service Charges

At the beginning of the financial year, leaseholders are provided with an estimated bill of what we anticipate being spent in the year on services to you. The actual cost of services are then calculated and you should receive your final bill in the post. 

If you are experiencing difficulties paying your service charges, or if you have a general query about the bill that you have received, please contact Customer Services Team on 020 3701 3658, email pinnacle@newham.gov.uk or drop into our Nelson Street Housing office. 

Remember If you rent out your property please let us know your forwarding address, telephone number and email for emergencies. You must also obtain a license from the Newham Private Rented Property team. 

Newham Council leaseholders can check their balance online through the My Newham portal or by contacting PFIleaseholdincome@pinnaclegroup.co.uk.

Check Online

  • My Newham Account: Log in to My Newham to view your leaseholder payment balances and statements. You will need your account reference number and PIN code to set up this service.

  • Housing Online Account: Register for the Newham Housing Online Account using your payment reference number to track statements and manage your property details.
