Digital Inclusion Success at Ruscoe Road

One of our residents received her very first smartphone this week thanks to her regular attendance at Digital Skills Enterprise’s weekly inclusion sessions held at 55 Ruscoe Road.

The charity generously funded the device, set it up in advance, and presented it to her as a complete surprise. She was absolutely over the moon to receive it, and the moment marked a huge step forward in helping her stay connected with family, friends, and essential services.

This is a brilliant example of how digital inclusion initiatives can make a real and immediate impact on residents’ confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
