New Soft FM Contract Manager

Big news in Soft FM as new Contract Manager, Jeffery Lartey, joined us in October, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience and is bound to have a positive impact across the board. Jeffery introduces himself below

Hi Everyone, I am Jeffery Lartey, responsible for managing cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services across Canning Town, making sure community is well maintained and there’s a strong focus on quality and resident satisfaction.

It’s my job to ensure services are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. I also oversee recruitment, training, performance reporting, health and safety compliance and maintaining a strong client relationship with Newham Council.
