Resident Panel and Leaseholder Meetings

The Residents’ Panel is open to all residents and meets on the first Tuesday of the month, 6pm at 55 Ruscoe Road. 

The panel discusses the day to day management of the Canning Town PFI and makes sure Pinnacle and Rydon are performing as they should be, as well as discussing other local issues such as community safety and flytipping. The next Residents’ Panel meeting will take place at 6pm on 2nd May 2023.

The Leasehold Panel meets quarterly and is open to all Canning Town PFI leaseholders. Meetings are an opportunity to discuss specific leasehold issues, including service charges and major works. The next Leasehold Panel Meeting is 6pm on Zoom on 12th July 2023.
