Going the Extra Mile

A massive congratulations to Winston Russell, one of the Bulk Waste drivers on winning the Going the Extra Mile Award earlier this year.

Winston saw a delivery driver hit a parked car on the estate and drive off, causing extensive damage to the parked car.

Winston stopped and left a note for the owner of the parked car, giving them the details of the delivery van and his own contact details. The owner was extremely pleased and sent a wonderful email to thank Winston for his assistance.

This really was a display of Going the Extra Mile and Winston showed that he is most definitely living Pinnacle’s Values. Well done Winston, great work!!
