Beware Bogus Callers

Please be aware of bogus callers who may knock on your door stating they are from any company. Do not feel under pressure to let anyone in – if you feel unsure don’t open the door. 

Any genuine caller will be happy to wait outside whilst you telephone the company to confirm who they are. You can telephone Pinnacle on 0203701 3658 or Rydon on 0800 0277090. 

Pinnacle and Rydon staff will always carry ID. 

If you suspect that a person may be a bogus caller contact the Police, Non - emergency 101. In an emergency always dial 999.
